We are seeking a full-time Patient Services Specialist to join our Cardiology division located at Legacy Meridian Park Medical Center in Tualatin. You will work with exceptional physicians who value their team and working together to help our patients get the best possible care.
Our busy practice receives a high volume of patient appointments and calls, and we are searching for an experienced candidate with a positive “can do” attitude and a strong patient/customer-focused work ethic.
Primary duties include patient check-in, processing medical requests, and other duties as assigned.
Workdays will be Monday to Friday, (8:00am-5:00pm.)
Hiring pay based on open position, experience, and credentials:
- Level I - $19.18- $25.96 per hour.
- Level II - $21.10 - $28.55 per hour.
- Level III - $23.21 - $31.41 per hour.
Placement within levels based on specialty group, experience, additional duties.
Medical, Vision, and Rx Insurance is 100% paid for by The Oregon Clinic.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of one (1) year of previous medical front office experience is preferred.
- Prior experience with EMR strongly preferred.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Excellent attendance and work ethic.
- Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with patients, staff and providers.
