What are the responsibilities and job description for the Prep position at The Original Pancake House?
Completes all assigned station prep work and sets up cook’s station. Maintains product presentation, quality and cook station standards. Prepares all menu items according to standard recipes, plate presentations and specifications. Maintains state required food safety and sanitation standards.
