Resident Services Supervisor
Responsible for the oversight of the residential services & well being of our residents during typical working hours and after hours. Will also be responsible for the oversight & supervision of professional and paraprofessional staff. Duties include communicating & providing supportive counseling to residents and families; facilitating activity and discussion groups, monitoring dining room, teaching staff, residents, family members as needed, as well as appropriate documentation and auditing.
Must have proven problem-solving skills, excellent communication skills written and verbal, a high degree of personal integrity.
College degree preferred and/or solid work experience in social work or case management with the geriatric population.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $31.13 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Weekends as needed
