Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver compassionate, high-quality care to residents based on established protocols.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and evaluate care plans.
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure regulatory compliance.
Requirements:
- Valid NYS RN license.
- Experience in skilled nursing preferred, but not required.
