What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bell Attendant position at The Osthoff Resort?
Job Purpose
The Bell Attendant is primarily responsible for welcoming all guests to the resort as well as bidding them farewell. The Bell Attendant is responsible for escorting guests to and from their accommodations, orienting them with the features of the property and their accommodations, assisting the guest in any way to make them feel more comfortable in accordance with the AAA 4 Diamonds Standards of excellence.
Qualifications
Working conditions vary based on business needs. Work may entail both indoor and outdoor activities, nights, weekends, and holidays, as necessary. The environment can be fast paced, and associate will need to be able to manage multiple tasks at one time and see them from start to finish. Associate will also be expected to help other Osthoff Associates/departments on various tasks and projects.

Qualifications
- Strong customer/ guest service skills.
- Lift, pull, push up to 100lbs.
- Must possess a positive attitude as a contributor to a diverse work environment.
- Must have flexibility in time to meet the business needs of the department and organization.
- Must be able to multi-task.
- Able to work holidays, evenings and weekends.
- Stand for up to 8 hours at a time.
