General Summary/Purpose
This position exists to provide support as needed to multiple service areas within the Loan Servicing Department. Team Members are skilled in a variety of functions to ensure efficient workflow and to provide proficient services to internal and external customers.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
1. Loan Document Production -Prepare loan documents requested by Relationship Support Specialists and Relationship Managers. Ensure final documents are in compliance with regulations, loan policy and guidelines. Maintain knowledge of loan regulations/compliance.
2. Loan Servicing Support-Process loan payments and payoffs. Review loan files for compliance and accuracy for data input into the host system. Upload new loan information to NuPoint. Reconcile the general ledger accounts and maintain various monthly reports.
3. Collateral Document Management -Collateral lien filings/releases (title liens, mtgs, final titles, UCC’s). Process collateral correspondence in mail and courthouse courier. Scan/Index loan documents. Paid in Full loan processing.
4. Quality Assurance - Ensure imaged loan documents are in compliance and of good quality for viewing.

Education, Training and Skills Required
- Specialized education/training normally acquired through up to 18 months of higher education
Experience Required
- More than one year, fewer than three years
