What are the responsibilities and job description for the Shower Aide position at The Parc at Joliet?

Requirements

  • CNA certificate (current and active)
  • CPR Certified
  • Able to stand for hours at a time
  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Experienced with mechanical lifts

Prefer :

  • Experience with LTC
  • Experience with POC charting
  • Excellent communication skills and customer service skills

    • Tasks for this position include, but not limited to :

  • Able to work 0600 to 1400, or 1200 to 2000
  • Safely perform daily resident care
  • Provide and assist with Activities of Daily Living-primarily showers and grooming
  • Perform delegated tasks by Charge Nurse
