The position requires a stellar aptitude for relating to clients, the innate ability to multitask and demonstrated organizational expertise. Our ideal candidate must have a diligent work ethic, be punctual and dependable. Previous events and hospitality experience is a must.
SALARY ranges from $70k to $175k depending on experience.

Responsibilities Include but are not limited to:
Initiating and facilitating inquiries to maximize sales opportunities
Attending networking and social events on behalf of The Park
Consistently exploring avenues to increase event sales
Serving as the point of contact for client site visits
Orchestrating the planning of event logistics to ensure client satisfaction and facilitating communication with all management and staff
Preparing and maintaining event BEOs and timelines Initiating and overseeing all aspects of event set-up (floor plans, equipment, decor, vendors), execution and follow-up
