What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front desk/Guest Services Manager position at The Parrish Collection?
The Parrish Collection Kauai is seeking an experienced senior manager/leader responsible for the day-to-day operations of four front desk locations and supporting team members.
This person will oversee our guests services from guest check-in until checkout as well as post-stay follow-up. Superior multi-tasking, decision making, team management and follow-though skills are essential. Person will be the “face” of our guest service commitment, able to address complaints courteously and professionally, work to resolve issues expediently, follow-up with supporting team to ensure resolution, and train front desk team to do the same.
Ideal candidate has long-term hotel experience with a degree in hospitality or hotel management. Salary based on experience and total compensation includes incentive bonus program. Normal work schedule may include weekends and some holidays.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
