Activity Aide Responsibilities:
- Plan and assist with recreational activities that promote socialization, engagement, and well-being.
- Work closely with residents to tailor activities to their interests and abilities.
- Create a welcoming and fun atmosphere during group and individual activities.
- Collaborate with the Activity Director to develop an exciting calendar of events.
- Bring joy, laughter, and smiles to our residents every day!
Activity Aide Qualifications:
- A passion for working with seniors and enhancing their quality of life.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creativity and enthusiasm to plan and lead activities.
- Previous experience in a similar role or a desire to learn and grow in the field.
