Registered Nurse Responsibilities:
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care to meet individual needs.
- Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by healthcare providers.
- Monitor and interpret patient vital signs, health status, and response to treatment.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to provide patient-centered care.
- Document patient care and maintain accurate medical records, ensuring confidentiality.
- Ensure compliance with medical protocols, safety measures, and regulatory requirements.
- Educate patients and their families on health conditions, treatment options, and self-care.
- Provide emotional support and advocate for patients' rights and preferences.
- Supervise and delegate tasks to Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) as needed.
- Participate in continuous professional development and stay current with medical advancements.
Every other weekend and rotating holidays are required

Registered Nurse Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- RN certification in the state of KY
- Must be able to pass a federal background screening and tox screening
- Previous LTC/SNF experience preferred
