Responsibilities
As a Behavioral Health Licensed Therapist at The Pavilion at Northwest Texas Healthcare System, you will play a vital role in providing quality patient care and supporting the growth and development of our treatment team. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assessing patient needs and developing individualized treatment plans
- Collaborating with colleagues to coordinate interventions and ensure effective care delivery
- Facilitating individual and family therapies, conducting daily group therapy sessions, and completing comprehensive psychosocial assessments
- Complying with annual education requirements and safety and injury prevention standards
Requirements
To be considered for this position, you must possess a Master's Degree in Mental or Behavioral Health and be licensed as a LPC, LPC-Associate, LCSW, LMSW, LMFT in the state of Texas. You should also have the ability to read and write in English and understand and interpret financial data.
