If you’re a reliable and compassionate Registered Nurse Supervisor (RNS) looking for a wonderful work environment, The Pavilion at Queens wants to meet you! The Pavilion at Queens is a 302-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility located in Flushing, Queens.
Job responsibilities include but are not limited to.
- The ideal candidate will oversee the total care and safety of all residents and employees for assigned unit during shift.
- Supervises and assists all nursing personnel in their work performance when necessary.
- Document patient histories, administers medication and care as needed, coordinate necessary appointments.
- Monitor residents to ensure that the plans are being followed and that the resident’s and family needs are being met.
- Plan, coordinate, and direct all nursing staff on all shifts on the assigned units.
Minimum Qualifications include:
- Currently licensed as Registered Nurse in New York State.
- Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in a long-term health care setting.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Has knowledge of Federal and State health regulations.
- Experience with care plans and strong documentation skills.
- Flexibility in work hours.
- BLS Certification
- RN License
