RN Supervisor (7am to 3pm)

The Pavilion at Queens for Rehabilitation & Nursing is a 302-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility located in Flushing, Queens.

Job responsibilities include but are not limited to.

• The ideal candidate will oversee the total care and safety of all residents and employees for assigned unit during shift.
• Supervises and assists all nursing personnel in their work performance when necessary.
• Document patient histories, administers medication and care as needed, coordinate necessary appointments.
• Monitor residents to ensure that the plans are being followed and that the resident’s and family needs are being met.
• Plan, coordinate, and direct all nursing staff on all shifts on the assigned units.

Minimum Qualifications include:

• Currently licensed as Registered Nurse in New York State.
• Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in a long-term health care setting.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Has knowledge of Federal and State health regulations.
• Experience with care plans and strong documentation skills.
• Flexibility in work hours.
• BLS Certification
• RN License
