We are looking for an entry level, Administrative assistant to provide administrative support to upper-level executives. This support includes basic clerical duties, such as answering phones, taking messages, directing calls, answering e-mails, scheduling meetings, and occasionally reviewing reports.

This role is full time, in-person in the office.
Administrative Assistant:
The PCA Group of Companies is actively recruiting an Executive Assistant. The Executive Assistant will be a critical member of the team that will build the future of the company. You must possess strong written and verbal communication skills, be equally comfortable and motivated, and able to juggle multiple tasks while prioritizing them appropriately. The candidate should be able to adapt quickly to changes in travel and events scheduling, exhibiting creative problem-solving skills and a flexible, can-do attitude.
Key Focus:
- Good Knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Email communication management, with direct access into the MD’s email flow, understanding context for priority contacts and conversations
- Outstanding organizational skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize while working with different team members
- Perform extensive calendar management, with sensitivities around prioritization
- Organize and prepare meetings live and across digital platforms and ensure attendance with appropriate scheduling details and reminders for participants
Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrable patience and stability under pressure
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy tendency to be able to predict needs and problems before they occur
- Strong dedication to teamwork and problem solving
- Ability to organize, prioritize, follow-up and meet deadlines
- Strong knowledge of Office 365
