JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
The Admissions Officer position within the Smeal College of Business involves developing and managing recruitment strategies that align with the college and university strategic goals, while also organizing campus tours and outreach activities to encourage high school students to apply.
The role includes
- Prepares and analyzes reports on admissions activities
- Communicates with prospective students/families and stakeholders through various channels
- Manages content updates on the website in collaboration with the marketing team.
- Coordinates Accepted Student Events and other recruitment events, which will be increasing in number and capacity in upcoming years
- Provides support during events
- Serves as a contact for inquiries related to any new admissions processes, representing the college at admissions conferences
Requires a Bachelor's Degree or higher and three years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
The salary range for this position, including all possible grades is:
$51,000.00 - $74,000.00Salary Structure - additional information on Penn State's job and salary structure.
