The Pet Emporium in at 2394 E. Stadium Blvd. in Ann Arbor, Michigan is looking for a friendly, pet-loving customer service associate to join our team. Our ideal candidate is attentive, motivated, and engaged. We have full time and part-time positions available. Weekend availability is necessary.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and make them feel at home
- Answer any questions the customers may have
- Clean work area as needed to maintain a tidy work environment
- Processing new inventory and counting current stock
Qualifications
- Friendly attitude when dealing with guests and co-workers
- Responsible and proven ability to maintain scheduling commitments
- Ability to problem solve quickly concerns customers may have
- Good communication skills with customers
- Pet experience
