Custodian

Company: Cummings Properties Location: 100 Cummings Center, Beverly, MA 01915

Cummings Properties is seeking an experienced custodian with excellent communication skills for commercial common area cleaning; hallways, restrooms, etc. Because our custodial staff regularly assists the public with directions within our office facility and answers general questions about our organization, fluency in English and a sound understanding of written English is required. Custodians also do some light building maintenance/repairs and post-construction project cleaning.

Hours are 7:00 AM to 3:45 PM, Monday through Friday. Full-time opening with competitive pay and benefits including 401(k) plan. Preference will go to qualified candidates who reside in the Beverly area.
