Associate Account Manager, Surgery - Indianapolis or Detroit
Associate Account Manager working with Senior Account Executive calling on the OR, General, Vascular, Cardiothoracic, & Breast Surgeons. This is a Junior Level Sales role working in conjunction with Senior Territory Managers to drive sales in the Indiana and Michigan markets. Potential for advancement to full Territory Manager role in less than 1 year, making significantly more income.
The company is in a rapid growth cycle with emerging technology in the detection of Breast cancer and a device to control bleeding during surgery.

Products: Products used to detect breast cancer in surgery and a device to control bleeding in surgery
Travel Requirements: 25% - 30%
Territory: Michigan and Indiana
Can be located in Indianapolis, IN or Detroit, MI
Candidate Requirements:
- College Degree -- 4 Yrs
- Must have 1 year of hospital surgical or hospital sales from the Operating Room; Surgical sales preferred.
- Can also be an RN or Surgical Tech from the OR who has a sales personality seeking to enter medical device sales.
- Ex-military & college athletes are a plus, but not necessary.
- Must be willing to travel as necessary.
Base Salary: $65,000
Total Comp @ Plan: $85,000 TO $95,000
Compensation: Base salary, quarterly bonus
Base salary of $65k plus variable pay to earn $5k per qtr and 10k accelerator with performance, mileage, expenses, and benefits including matching 401k. 5,000 stock options upon hire. 1st year $85-95k.
*Potential for advancement to full Territory Manager role in 1 year, making significantly more income, $220,000 to $300,000 range.
