Job Description:
As a Physical Therapy Aide, you will be responsible for assisting our physical therapists in patient care. You will also be responsible for performing various tasks, such as cleaning and maintaining equipment, stocking treatment rooms, and ensuring the clinic is clean and organized. The ideal candidate should be friendly, organized, and possess excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Assist physical therapists in patient care, including performing exercises, preparing treatment rooms, and providing guidance and encouragement to patients.
- Clean and maintain equipment, ensuring that all equipment is in good working condition.
- Stock treatment rooms with necessary supplies, such as towels and exercise equipment.
- Keep the clinic clean and organized so that our patients can focus on their recovery.
- Help with laundry and other duties as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in a physical therapy clinic or related field preferred, but not required.
- Basic knowledge of physical therapy terminology and exercises.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
