At One Music Schools, we own and operate 28 music school locations across the U.S., bringing the power of music education to thousands of students each year. We're on a mission to inspire lives through music—and we’re growing fast. We’re looking for a Sales Team Leader to lead from the front—coaching, motivating, and selling alongside our in-house B2C sales team. What You’ll Do:
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of B2C sales reps who enroll students in music lessons
- Actively sell alongside the team—handling inbound/outbound leads and setting the tone
- Create a high-energy, high-accountability environment focused on results and enthusiasm
- Run daily huddles, 1:1 coaching, and real-time feedback loops
- Collaborate with leadership on optimizing scripts, offers, and conversion strategies
- Assist in hiring and onboarding new sales reps as the team continues to scale
Who You Are:
- A proven sales leader with experience in B2C selling and team management
- Comfortable picking up the phone and leading by example
- A strong communicator who knows how to motivate and hold people accountable
- Energized by creating momentum, culture, and results
- Available to work in-person at our Draper, UT headquarters
Compensation & Perks:
- $50,000 base salary
- Uncapped commissions – most reps earn an additional $10,000–$25,000
