We are currently seeking a Production Supervisor to lead our teams at our frozen vegetable processing facility in Ogden, UT. This position would be responsible for supervising our production and sanitation employees and indirectly supervise warehouse and maintenance operations as needed. They will coordinate with the Production Manager regarding production levels and collaborate with the management team to ensure effective overall plant operations.
This position will be expected to fill our 3rd shift (Graveyard shift), working approximately 10 p.m - 6:30 a.m.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree preferred (four-year College or University)
- Must possess excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Familiarity and proficiency with computers including email, spreadsheets, word processing, database, warehousing software products, etc.
- Must be able to communicate effectively, both written and verbally.
- Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all measures using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals.
- Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent to draw and interpret bar graphs.
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
- Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
