Are you looking to gain experience and have a healthy work / life balance? We are searching for a detail-oriented and personable financial office assistant, to keep us organized! Candidates can expect to work 18-20 hours per week, at our office in West Midtown.

This part-time role has the potential to evolve into a full-time opportunity. Your main responsibility will be supporting our agents by taking phone calls, checking emails, and directing customer inquiries. You’ll also help us process paperwork and schedule appointments, so our clients get the best service we can provide. Compensation : 18 - $24 hourly

Responsibilities :

  • Learn how to fill out applications & investment account paperwork
  • Client services- scheduling and client login inquiries
  • Navigate clients through the underwriting process
  • Tracking prospects and clients for follow-up
  • The ability to quickly pivot between administrative tasks
  • Work 15-20 hours per week

Qualifications :

  • Possesses basic computer skills such as word-processing and the ability to using Microsoft Excel
  • Great written and verbal communication skills, organizational skills, and problem-solving skills
  • 2 years work experience in administrative support, customer service, or insurance industry is preferred
  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree or has obtained a Bachelor's degree preferred
  • This is not a remote role. Candidates must have reliable transportation
