The Pines at Davidson is looking for a security guard to maintain the safety and security of our residents and team members on our 50-acre campus. Our security team has access to security cameras and life alert systems, enabling them to contribute to the quality of life of our residents in a meaningful way. What you would do at The Pines
- Monitor cameras when not making rounds or responding to resident issues
- Efficiently use Operation Lifesaver equipment
- Checking, locking and unlocking of doors at proper scheduled times
- Complete and document at least four patrols per shift
- Assist in emergency drills.
- Patrol parking areas.
- Assist resident entry to buildings and Living Units.
- Assist our nursing staff during medical emergencies.
- Monitor employee shift changes and provide aid as needed
- Observe and record maintenance needs (light bulbs, etc.)
- Respond to all fire alarm situations.
- Carry out special tasks given by Director of Plant Services or his designee
- Co-operate with all departments in professional manner.
