Overview
The Pink Fin is a reimagined sushi bowl concept blending Hawaiian poke, Asian fusion, and clean eating. We’re seeking an experienced General Manager to lead, scale, and standardize operations across four Long Island locations. (Coram, Ronkonkoma, Selden, and Riverhead)
Responsibilities
- Provide a warm, professional welcome to every guest
- Accurately take and prepare orders with precision and care
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times
- Ensure food quality, presentation, and safety standards are upheld
- Handle transactions efficiently and responsibly
- Demonstrate teamwork and support fellow staff members
- Consistently uphold the high standards of The Pink Fin brand
Ideal Candidate:
- Highly professional demeanor with excellent communication skills
- Dependable, punctual, and committed to quality service
- Strong work ethic with a focus on efficiency and accuracy
- Prior restaurant or hospitality experience is preferred
- Food safety certification is a plus
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow
