Duration: 6 month contract
Job Description:
Performs a variety of general clerical, typing, and/or office support duties.
1. Sorts, files and maintains alphabetical, numerical, and subject filing systems.
2. Types forms, memoranda, and other copy material.
3. Checks and compares data for accuracy and completeness.
4. Gathers specified information and compiles routine reports.
5. Enters data into different computer systems.
6. Performs related job duties as required
7. Assists in organizing meetings, travel, luncheons, training sessions, etc
8. Assists with other special projects as assigned.
9.Shows up promptly at the beginning of each scheduled day.
10.Attends any required meetings.
11.Enters Service Requests in People Soft
12.Creates Requisitions in People Soft
13.Runs reports in People Soft
14.Updates various spreadsheets
Salary : $22 - $24
