Summary of Position:
Shifts available: DAY PT must be available weekends as scheduled vary.
Pay: $20.00 per hour.
We're looking for an experienced dependable, organized and motivated Maintenance Assistant to join our team!
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in plumbing, electrical, and HVAC or construction and will assist the Director of Maintenance and Housekeeping in ensuring resident and staff comfort through implementation of a consistent, preventative maintenance program schedule in accordance with community policies and procedures. Assists in maintaining community grounds and provides efficient hands on maintenance to community as appropriate.
