As an Assistant Kitchen Manager, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the overall excellence of our restaurant and delight our customers with mouthwatering dishes while leading a skilled kitchen team.
Responsibilities :
- Assist in supervisng back-of-the-house staff
- Contribute to menu changes, recipes, and presentation
- Place select orders
- Maintain a sanitized and well-organized kitchen
- Prepare workstations for cooking
- Prepare and maintain kitchen equipment
- Check the quality of ingredients
- Prepare cooking ingredients using various techniques
- Cook food using various culinary techniques
- Arrange food and ensure appealing presentation
- Manage food storage, stock, and ingredient orders
