The Luxury Leisure Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth within the luxury leisure segment by targeting high-end clientele, travel agencies and tour operators. Serving as the primary liaison with consortia programs and key travel influencers such as Virtuoso, Fine Hotels & Resorts and Signature, the Luxury Leisure Sales Manager will be tasked with nurturing strategic partnerships, increasing brand awareness, closely monitoring market trends, and developing innovative strategies to drive optimal revenue performance.

Responsibilities
- Responsible for establishing and building relationships with key segment buyers/ agencies including Luxury travel advisors, Consortiums and Business Travel accounts
- Ability to identify areas of opportunity in the Leisure market and develop effective sales plans to grow market share and drive revenue.
- Meaningful engagement with customers, ability to analyze needs and create tailored proposals and presentations in accordance with the property’s brand standards.
- Possess a strong drive and business acumen to effectively sell and discern the best revenue opportunities for overall property.
- Maintain a high level of exposure for the hotel in major market areas through sales calls, client engagement initiatives, FAM trips, site inspections and presentations.
- Ability to travel, stay connected with clients globally and represent the property at travel industry events.

- 3 years previous hotel experience, luxury or Forbes experience preferred
- Solid decision-making, organization, and interpersonal skills. Resourceful, self-starter and self-motivated.
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends and holidays is required
- Physical demands: Ability to lift 10 pounds and prolonged extended periods of standing
