Automotive Service Manager Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the service department.
- Maintain high customer service satisfaction ratings, as per company standards and guidelines.
- Collaborate with the sales and parts departments to ensure seamless operations and unified customer service.
- Ensure compliance with all Mazda service policies, procedures, and MBEP standards, as well as local, state, and federal regulations.
- Continually improve processes for increased efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Manage the budget of the service department, including staffing and operating costs.
- Track service metrics and goals to drive service department efficiency and profitability.
- Train, guide, and manage a team of service personnel to ensure high quality and timely vehicle services and repairs.
