We provide a nurturing environment where our participants can thrive and achieve their fullest potential. Our Residential Services program operates six homes in Newton and Brookline where our team provides the individuals in these homes with a safe and comfortable environment.
We are currently hiring Full-Time Direct Care Professionals. You will provide direct care and skill training to individuals in a residential setting to support daily living and social skills. The DCP provides assistance with personal care, medication administration, implementing approved treatment plans, preparing meals, attending recreational activities, exploring the community and general companionship.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of high school degree or GED.
- Ability to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing.
- Ability to lift and support body weight of any program individual with the assistance of another employee.
- MUST HAVE: valid driver's license and a CLEAN driving record and a willingness to use agency vehicle in the course of employment.
- Must meet Massachusetts Criminal Offender Record Information (CORI) background check requirements
- Weekend availability
- Must have MAP Certification at time of hire

$2,500 New Hire Bonus for MAP certified hires.

Residential Weekends Shifts- (All shifts available: 9:00am-3:00pm, 3:00pm-11:00pm, 11:00pm -9:00am)
Residential Weekday Shifts (Midafternoon 3:00pm to 11pm & Overnight 11:00pm to 9:00am)

Salary : $20
