Position Overview
Medical Office Assistant- This person assists in the provision of comprehensive health care as a member of a team of health care professionals. This individual functions in all areas of the office setting this includes both clinical and front desk duties.
Location and Hours of Position
PHN Autumn Street
The general office hours for this position is Monday- Friday 8:30-5 (some evening hours required). The position is located in Aliquippa, PA.
Compensation
Medical Assistant starts at $15.00 per hour
PHN recognizes experience, education and site location when determining wage.
Education/Experience Requirements
Graduate of an approved school ofnursingand two years experience in a clinical setting preferred
OR
Graduate of an approved schoolMedical Office Assistantand/or two years experience in a clinical setting

- Previous venipuncture experience
- Previous injection experience
- Previous experience in calling prescriptions under a providers direction
