Role Description

The Print House is seeking a full-time, on-site Account Manager / Customer Service Representative to join our front-of-house team. This role serves as the primary point of contact for customers and is responsible for managing multiple client accounts simultaneously while coordinating closely with production.


You will prepare quotes, process orders, manage timelines, communicate updates, and proactively solve issues as they arise. This position requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and the ability to stay calm and productive in a mid- to high-stress environment.


This is not a passive customer service role. It requires urgency, accountability, and the ability to think ahead.

This position is fast-paced and high-responsibility. Successful candidates naturally work with urgency, stay focused throughout their shift, and take ownership of seeing tasks through to completion — even when juggling multiple priorities.

  • There are frequent time-sensitive situations requiring clear communication and quick decisions
  • Accuracy matters — mistakes affect production, deadlines, and customer trust
  • You must be able to handle pressure professionally and remain productive under stress

Key Responsibilities


  • Manage multiple customer accounts simultaneously from quote to completion
  • Prepare quotes, process orders, and handle order modifications accurately
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer questions, updates, and issue resolution
  • Coordinate closely with the production team to ensure timelines and specifications are met
  • Communicate clearly with customers regarding expectations, changes, and deadlines
  • Identify opportunities to upsell or expand services within existing accounts
  • Maintain organized records and follow internal processes consistently
  • Take ownership of problems and see them through to resolution


Qualifications


  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
  • Strong computer skills, including: Adobe Acrobat, Typing and data entry, General office software
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a production-driven environment
  • Willingness to learn, accept direction, and improve through feedback and correction
  • Printing industry experience is a plus, but not required
  • Candidates without print experience may start at an entry-level rate and grow with training

Schedule


  • Monday through Friday
  • 40 hours per week
  • On-site only (no remote or hybrid)

Pay


$52,000 – $58,000 annually (based on experience & performance). Top performers with strong stress-management, printing experience, and account ownership skills will be positioned at the higher end of the range.
