The QTI Group is excited to partner with a Milwaukee area-based managed service provider to hire their next Client Success Manager. The Client Success Manager will play in integral role in providing top-tier support to customers and delivering a seamless client experience.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for existing clients related to service offerings and issue resolution
- Coordinate internal resources (Systems Engineers) to deliver consistent, high-quality service across multiple departments
- Maintain service agreements for clients and identify opportunities for account growth and increase service offerings
- Lead, schedule and facilitate Service Delivery Reviews and Strategic Business Reviews with clients at various times
- Build and maintain detailed IT roadmaps, highlighting upcoming projects and daily maintenance
Qualifications
- 5 years of client facing experience within the IT industry, specifically in Account Management or Customer Success roles
- Bachelor’s Degree in business, marketing or related field
- Experience developing and delivering formal client business reviews and roadmaps
- Strong relationship-building and customer service skills
