Job Summary
We are seeking an enthusiastic and friendly Host/Host to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring a positive dining experience. You will manage reservations, greet guests, and assist in seating arrangements while maintaining excellent guest relations.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide them with a friendly welcome.
• Manage the seating chart and ensure efficient table turnover.
• Assist guests with reservations and accommodate walk-ins as needed.
• Communicate effectively with the kitchen and waitstaff to ensure smooth service.
• Handle guest inquiries and concerns promptly, providing exceptional customer service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host/host area.
• Utilize POS systems for managing reservations and tracking guest preferences.
• Uphold hospitality standards to enhance the overall guest experience.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a restaurant or hotel setting is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication skills with an emphasis on phone etiquette.
• Excellent guest services skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• A friendly demeanor with a passion for hospitality and guest relations.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Pay: From $13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 13 per week

Shift:

• 10 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Night shift
