Position: Accountant
Pay: $65,000 Location: Hudson, MA
We are a hospitality group owning and operating Rail Trail Flatbread Co., New City Microcreamery, and Less Than Greater Than cocktail bar. We are looking for an accountant to work with our Controller.
This is a position in our accounting department at our corporate office that offers unlimited potential for growth as we are currently expanding. Our Open Book Management approach to business (written about in Forbes.com) means you will be surrounded by team members who are excited about and motivated in driving the numbers of the business.

What You'll Do:
- Maintain accounts payable, ensure timely payment of invoices, confirming validity of the debt and gathering appropriate approvals
- Maintain accounts receivable, document bills and supporting documentation
- Reconcile bank statements as assigned
- Update financial records on our accounting software
- Correspond with restaurant managers/staff to verify data as needed
- Assist accounting manager with monthly financial reports
- Establish, maintain and update files, records, and other documents.
- Other tasks as needed
What we are looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree (B.A/B.S.) or equivalent in accounting or finance
- 2-5 years related work experience

- An excellent communicator, who can professionally interact (verbally and in writing)
with colleagues at all levels of the organization.
