Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Housekeeping Manager to oversee our housekeeping operations. Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage the housekeeping staff, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluations
- Ensure that all areas of the facility are clean, well-maintained, and presentable
- Develop and implement cleaning procedures and protocols to maintain high standards of cleanliness
- Oversee inventory management of cleaning supplies and equipment
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure efficient workflow and guest satisfaction
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety and sanitation regulations
- Address guest concerns or complaints regarding housekeeping services promptly and effectively
- Collaborate with vendors for laundry services and manage the laundering of linens and uniforms
- Maintain records of housekeeping activities, including budgets, expenses, and staff performance
Qualifications:

- Previous experience in housekeeping management, preferably in a hotel or commercial cleaning setting
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and supervise a team
- Knowledge of custodial procedures, equipment, and cleaning chemicals
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness
