Our Authentication Centers (warehouses) are where the magic happens! The Art & Science of Real comes to life within our facilities located in New Jersey and Arizona — combining the knowledge of hundreds of luxury experts with cutting-edge, proprietary technology. As consigned goods travel into our facilities, the team processes, authenticates, and photographs each item in preparation for listing to our website.
As an Authentication Inventory Coordinator, you will support the Authentication department via inventory control and product movement. If you are a self-motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced, production-driven environment, with a strong desire to learn, this could be the perfect match!
What You Get To Do Every Day
- Distribute received product to the Authentication department
- Sort and organize product based on level and category
- Manage intra-authentication product movement
- Replenish Authenticators’ racks as needed throughout the day and ensure the accurate product is readily available to provide minimal workflow disruption
- Audit product in the production area to ensure items are prioritized in date order, have the proper product tag, and are in the right department
- Scan and track product in authentication locations
- Unpack and scan units transferred from LCOs and other authentication centers
- Partner with Authentication management to understand and support daily processing strategy
What You Bring To The Role
Minimum Requirements
- Proven ability to excel in a high-volume, repetitive environment
- Self-motivation and a drive to achieve results
- Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve
- Exceptional attention to detail and organization skills
- Adaptability and openness to change
- Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds (moving and sorting product, etc.)
- Ability to stand for a minimum of 8 hours at a time
- Ability to read and write in English
- Proficiency with Mac OS and Google Suite
Preferred Requirements
- Experience working in the retail or fashion industry
- Previous experience working in a production-driven warehouse environment
The expected hourly rate for this role is $16.50 - $17.00. To determine starting pay we carefully consider a variety of factors, including primary work location and an evaluation of a candidate’s skills, experience, market demands, and internal parity. Additionally, salary is just one component of TRR’s total rewards package. Depending on role, employees may also be eligible for a bonus program, incentive pay and benefits.
