What you’ll be doing every day:
You will ensure residents receive the best quality of care by appropriately scheduling the nursing to cover shifts 24 hours per day – 7 days per week and will communicate open shifts and shift changes in a timely manner with the Nursing and Human Resources Departments. In addition, you will monitor and maintain adequate supplies according to budget.

You will be able to demonstrate composure, customer focus, patience, and the ability to gain trust and establish rapport with residents and the team. In addition, you will have:
- A strong desire and passion to work around people that are unwell, disabled, or living with dementia
- Flexibility and willingness to modify duties as needed
- Understand complex problems and to collaborate and explore alternative solutions
- Intermediate knowledge of MSOffice Suite
- Previous experience scheduling in a healthcare environment preferred
- High School Diploma or GED; Associate’s degree or college coursework desirable
