You will be cooking in a brand-new kitchen with a cook to order menu. Great food makes a big impact on the quality of our community members lives.
The Cook is responsible for performing and coordinating food preparation that meets and / or exceeds quality, quantity, and service schedule requirements for the community.
Responsibilities :
- Prep and prepare meals for community members.
- Prepare, coordinate, and assist in managing the meal service.
- Sanitation of food service areas.
- Must have accurate record keeping.
- Responsible for receiving and rotating inventory.
- Prepares special dietary needs as required.
- Prepares texture modified food as requested .
- Follows all local, state, and federal policies regarding food handling.
- Monitors for compliance and quality service standards.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
