The Residence at Oak Grove Assisted Living and Memory Care Community in Thomasville, GA, is seeking a dedicated Business Office Manager to join our team. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our community by managing administrative tasks and supporting our residents and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily administrative operations, including billing, payroll, and accounts payable/receivable.
  • Manage resident records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Coordinate with the executive director and other department heads to support community operations.
  • Handle resident inquiries and concerns, providing excellent customer service.
  • Prepare financial reports and assist with budget management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Assist with marketing and community outreach efforts as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in an administrative or business office management role, preferably in a senior living or healthcare setting.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with accounting software.
  • Knowledge of state and federal regulations related to assisted living and memory care communities.
