(AGWS), an affiliate of Reynolds and Reynolds, is seeking a National Sales Director for our subsidiary Xzilon Inc (focused on vehicle appearance protection products and services). In this role you will lead our nationwide sales and support operations for Xzilon, focusing on new account acquisition, program development, and agent and dealer relationships. In this high-impact role, you will develop and execute sales strategies, oversee the performance of a national sales team, and maintain strong relationships with key business partners. You will collaborate with internal departments to drive success, facilitate product training and demonstrations, and play a key role in developing new programs to expand our market presence. Responsibilities
- Lead and manage nationwide sales and support activities for Xzilon Inc.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve organizational goals and drive revenue growth.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including agents, dealers, and vendors.
- Recruit, develop, and mentor a high-performing sales team; provide coaching, training, and performance feedback.
- Oversee new account acquisition, onboarding, and ongoing support.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop new sales and training programs.
- Prepare and analyze sales reports and forecasts; ensure all operational, administrative, and compliance standards are met.
- Conduct regular field visits, product demonstrations, and training sessions to support customers and sales agents.
- Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and long-term business partnerships.
- Travel up to 60-80% of the time as required to fulfill job responsibilities.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 5 years of progressive sales leadership experience, preferably within the automotive or related industry
- Demonstrated ability to build, manage, and motivate successful sales teams
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Exceptional client management and negotiation skills
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful sales strategies
- Capacity for regular, extensive travel and willingness to work irregular hours as needed
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
