What are the responsibilities and job description for the Manager position at The Rianhard Group?
Assistant Managers work 35-45 hours weekly, 10-6pm and or 11-7pm, and one morning shift a week to cover the managers day off.
Must have national fast food management experience and be able to prove knowledge of Team Building and Team Retention.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Hires, trains, retains, and develops team members
- Ensures all employee training is completed.
- Executes team service through effective role modeling, scheduling, cross training, and employee coaching.
- Ensure the restaurant meets safety and sanitation standards, inside and outside the store.
- Empowers the team to handle all Guest concerns calmly and with a sense of urgency.
- Recognizes team members for demonstrating desired behavior and performance.
- Maintains appropriate staffing levels to meet business needs and ensures all shifts are appropriately staffed.
- Communicates Guest feedback and engage the team in action plans to resolve issues.
- Treats all team members fairly and with respect.
- Executes development plans for talented team members to grow their career.
- Executes effective ordering as well as hiring and scheduling to meet weekly / monthly budgets per store.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
