This role is perfect for firefighters looking for extra income on their off days, or anyone wanting flexible, per-job work without set hours or quotas.

The Role

We’re looking for dependable, hard-working individuals—especially firefighters—who want to earn extra income by completing exterior home maintenance jobs.

Here’s how it works:

    •    This is a 1099 contractor position

    •    Work is paid per job (not hourly)

    •    Jobs are sent out in a group message

    •    You choose which jobs you accept — first come, first serve

    •    If the job requires multiple people, the first responders who accept will be assigned

    •    You can do labor only, sales only, or both

    •    You set your own schedule based on your availability

This is a start-up company, but we are growing fast. We value honesty, integrity, and quality work.

Pay Structure

Our compensation is clear and simple:

    •    20% of the job price goes to sales

    •    40% goes to labor (split evenly among the workers on the job)

    •    40% goes to the company

Example:

A $300 job =

    •    $60 to sales

    •    $120 to labor (one person)

    •    OR $60 each if two laborers

    •    $120 to company

Workers can earn both sales and labor pay if they sell and complete the job.

Average jobs pay between $150–$500 depending on size and difficulty.

    •    Must be reliable and able to show up when accepting a job

    •    Comfortable working on ladders, around roofs, or learning exterior cleaning skills

    •    Have your own transportation

    •    Basic tools are helpful (we can help supply when needed)

    •    Positive attitude and good communication
