Expense Report Specialist – Contract-to-Hire Opportunity!
THE RIGHT STAFF is currently seeking an Expense Report Specialist to help with Expense Report Auditing within Concur for a well-known Real Estate Company in Eden Prairie, Minnesota This role is a Contract-to-Hire role with the potential to be hired based on performance in the role.
Job Details:
- Contract role, with potential to be hired on
- Monday – Friday, 8am-4:30pm
- Onsite in Eden Prairie, MN for training, Hybrid schedule after training
- $23-$25/hour dependent on experience
Job Responsibilities:
- Audit, Enter, and Code Expense Reports in Concur and send them off to Management for approval in a high-volume capacity
- Make sure all Expense Reports adhere to company compliance requirements
- Work with Payroll to make sure expenses are paid out to employees
- Be the point of contact for all employees for questions/concerns on Expense Reports
- Be able to support other projects and tasks as needed
Job Requirements:
- At least 2 years of Expense Reporting auditing within Concur - Required
- Associate degree in accounting or equivalent – Preferred OR 2 years of on-the-job experience
- Experience in Accounts Payable - Preferred
- Excellent attention to detail
- Team Player and the ability to be flexible and be able to jump into various tasks as needed
- Ability to follow directions well
