Essential Functions
- Lead the creative team in developing innovative and compelling concepts that align with the RCYC brand voice and storytelling.
- Oversee all aspects of the creative process, from concept to final execution, ensuring consistency in design, messaging, and brand expression across digital, print, and experiential channels.
- Partner with marketing, digital, and growth teams to deliver creative solutions that support business objectives and enhance brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Collaborate with external creative agencies and vendors, maintaining high-quality deliverables that reflect the luxury standards of the Ritz-Carlton brand.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of The Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection brand and translate that into powerful, cohesive creative strategies that resonate with the target audience.
- Ensure all creative output aligns with brand guidelines and meets the highest standards of elegance, innovation, and consistency across all touchpoints.
- Foster a culture of innovation, creative excellence, and collaboration within the creative team, encouraging exploration of new ideas and design approaches.
- Provide strategic input during the planning stages of campaigns to ensure creative alignment with marketing goals and overall brand strategy.
- Proven experience as a Creative Director or senior creative leader, with expertise in luxury, hospitality, or high-end consumer brands.
- Strong storytelling ability, with a talent for developing creative strategies that deeply engage and resonate with luxury audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to lead a multidisciplinary creative team and manage external agencies and vendors to achieve brand consistency across all platforms.
- Exceptional skills in design, art direction, and creative development, with an understanding of current trends in luxury and digital media.
- Ability to manage multiple creative projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining a high level of creative integrity.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and present creative concepts to senior leadership.
- Bachelor's degree in Creative Arts, Design, Marketing, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- This role is based in downtown Fort Lauderdale, domestic and international travel may be required.
