Our team is scaling… and we need a skilled Senior Purchasing & Project Administrator who can keep the engine running smoothly from procurement ➜ logistics ➜ subcontractor compliance ➜ project support.
This is a career position, not a “task job.”
Your work directly shapes the success of 80–150 active projects across the region.
🧾 Manage Purchase Orders & Work Orders (Salesforce)
📦 Coordinate material orders (Home Depot, Lowes, specialty suppliers)
📊 Track inventory, rentals, deliveries & billing
🏗️ Set up and track new projects inside Salesforce
🔄 Handle internal/external Change Orders
📑 Oversee subcontractor onboarding, COIs, W-9s, compliance
💰 Assist with subcontractor payroll reporting
📞 Serve as the communication hub between PMs, Estimators & Vendors
🗃️ Maintain exceptionally accurate records and documentation
✔ 5 years in purchasing, project admin, or construction admin
✔ Salesforce or similar ERP experience
✔ Excellent communication & vendor relationship skills
✔ Strong attention to detail & time management
✔ Experience in commercial roofing/siding = major plus
✔ Bilingual English/Spanish = bonus
