Package Craft , a TRG company and affiliate of Schwarz Partners is currently seeking a Designer to support our Bethel, NC facility! The Designer will develop conceptual and structural solutions for customers in various markets.
The Royal Group’s mission is to provide value-added solutions to the most demanding customers.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS FOR THIS POSITION :
- Monitor, maintain, & control work schedule and backlog (design requests, samples, conversions, small production orders).
- Use knowledge & expertise to work directly with customer and / or sales at conceptual phase.
- Accurately finalize one-up carton design specifications.
- Understand and perform or coordinate test procedures for validating packaging performance.
- Maintain stock sheet rack and control inventory.
- Cut prototype samples for customer review & any testing.
- Operate & maintain CAD table.
- Coordinate production tooling orders with Customer Service, Sales, and Production teams.
- Manage art for approvals with approved vendors.
