Passion for People and Brunch is a must!
How you will spend your time:
- Supporting all things HR for 6 or more restaurants.
- Scout talent, supporting operators in driving applicant for hourly krewe. Scout talent, directly screening and partnering with the Regional Direct of Operations in selecting Restaurant Managers.
- On-boarding all managers and supporting orientations remotely for hourly Krewe.
- Promoting our culture and Employee Experience Standards by training and auditing Human Resources Systems execution in the restaurants supported.
- Partnering with Human Resources Director in tracking Employee Retention and Engagement.
- Digging-in on employee grievances and investigating any issues related to policies and employee standards.
- Support the managers' understanding of HR Policies and Systems by facilitating training classes related to People, Policy, and HR Systems.
- Directly support Hourly recruiting when staffing effectiveness is below 85%.
- Audit our Human Resources records and teach our stakeholders to utilize our HR systems effectively. Keeping us legal!
- Participate in supporting HR functions for New Restaurants in your Region.
- Participate with HR team members in managing other HR Generalist activities including diversity outreach efforts, effective staff reporting, performance management initiatives, and project management.

What were looking for:
- 5 years of Human Resources Generalist Experience, preferably in the hospitality business.
- Track record of high volume recruiting in the restaurant, retail, or hospitality space.
- Track record of success in maintaining HR Data Base(s)
- Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written. Conveys information in a clear and concise manner; ability to problem-solve. Attention to detail is critical
- Innovative and a self-starter. Constantly seeking ways to build relationships and improve processes, and then taking action to make it happen.
- Intermediate or higher skills in excel.
- High level of understanding and experience with ERISA regulations.
