What are the responsibilities and job description for the RV Technician position at The RV Shop?
The RV Shop is looking for experienced General Contractors to support us on a wide range of projects and repairs for mobile homes.
The RV Technician will be responsible for a variety of repairs, including wall replacements, roofing, plumbing, water systems, propane systems, electrical, flooring, etc. This is a full-time in-house position that does not require any licenses or insurance.
Job Responsibilities
- Diagnose and determine repair needs and communicate findings to foreman
- Disassemble damaged parts to access and address different components
- Repair and replace defective or damaged parts
- Perform work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with industry standards
- Communicate with shop foreman or parts departments to obtain needed parts
- Document all work performed and make recommendations on the repair order
- Meet assigned deadlines and communicate relevant setbacks as needed
- All other duties assigned by management
RV Technician Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience/exposure to RVs
- CDL preferred, but not required
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to work in a high performance, fast-paced team environment

Pay: $25.00 - $45.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
